Hello! I am Cristian Buskes a native of the Netherlands, but I have lived in Italy for almost 25 years.

I have 2 great passions in live, first is my wife and children.

The second, is my love of the beautiful landscapes and people of Tuscany, wherein I have made my home.

Like most people, my first passion takes priority.

But unlike most people, my second passion consumes almost every moment of “free time”.

That passion is my love of creative photography.

I specialize in landscapes, seascapes, and portraits which I believe capture something genuinely eternal about the still, yet ever-changing landscapes and people of this most beautiful region. My photographs are mostly taken in the magic hours before dusk and after dawn. I love to travel the small, curved highways and byways of Tuscany on my motorbike, my bag packed with camera and lenses, ready to capture great moments that speak of the spirit and soul of Tuscany. One day it might be the gentle shifting magical lights that falls upon the vineyards and olive farms, another day it might be living ancient traditions of people that have endured through the everchanging mist of time.
